Cocoon Interiors worked with an international client to refurbish completely the family home which was unoccupied for nearly 10 years hence in a very decrepit condition. A full refurbishment for the interior and the exterior of the property to include landscaping and a low maintenance garden.
The client wanted it refurbished to a very high standard but bearing in mind it would become a rental property but in an affluent area. Cocoon achieved a high level and low maintenance interior which increased the value of the property and achieved the high level of rent as required by the client.
