St Huberts

St Huberts was a project for an international client who wanted a total revamp of the property which was let out for many years but now they wanted to reclaim it and use it for their visits to London.

We worked with an architect and took down numerous walls and opened up the whole kitchen area and added a complete glass extension to the back which added not just light but a very contemporary feel to the property and opened the whole space to the outdoors. With the clever use of spatial planning we gave them a living and dining space all in one which has now become their favourite feature of the house.

A lift was added in the lobby which gave them flexibility in the property to access the second floor.
